Ministry of Public Works and Housing is seeking a dynamic and experienced PPPK Program Manager to join our team in Bangka Belitung. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of water resilience projects in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and a passion for sustainable development.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of PPPK (Public-Private Partnership for Climate) programs aimed at enhancing water resilience. You will work closely with stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and local communities, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

This is a full-time position based in Pangkal Pinang, with a competitive salary package ranging from IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 12,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of PPPK programs for water resilience.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, private sector partners, and local communities to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and best practices in program management.
  • Conduct regular assessments and report on program progress and outcomes.
  • Represent the Ministry at stakeholder meetings and events.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in program management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public administration, environmental science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the water sector.
  • Strong understanding of PPPK and sustainable development principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
