Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor - Bali Construction Projects

PT Nafeeza Radhya Bogatama is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. As an M&E Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating mechanical and electrical systems in various construction projects. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all systems are installed and maintained according to industry standards and project specifications. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage a team of M&E technicians and ensure they are trained and equipped to handle project requirements.
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry regulations and client specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E supervision in construction projects.
• Certification in relevant M&E standards and regulations, such as ASHRAE, NEC, or IFC.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
