📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire downstream industrialization process, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sustainability goals.
• Develop and implement strategies for mineral processing and product development.
• Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and international partners.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrialization projects, with a focus on mineral processing.
• Proven track record in leading and managing large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of environmental and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
