📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo from vessels to storage facilities using specialized equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and conveyors.
• Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of loading and unloading equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address any potential hazards or safety concerns.
• Coordinate with port operators, safety officers, and logistics coordinators to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loading and unloading operations, including cargo quantities, vessel details, and operational data.
• Provide training and support to junior staff and new employees to ensure a high standard of safety and operational excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in port operations and safety compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the port operations or maritime industry.
• Certification as a Loading Master (LM) from a recognized institution such as the Indonesian Maritime Safety Agency (IMAS).
• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and best practices in port operations.
• Proficient in using specialized equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and conveyors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often under pressure.
• Familiarity with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data management and reporting.
