📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, install, and maintain water treatment equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the National Manager to develop and implement improvement strategies.
• Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for enhancement.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in water treatment technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water treatment equipment engineering.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Epanet.
• Familiarity with water treatment technologies and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
