📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the logistics network in Bali, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with regional and national teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of logistics operations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics data using our proprietary technology platform to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including but not limited to ISO and industry-specific certifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics network operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of logistics technology and data analytics, with experience using platforms like SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certifications in logistics management, such as CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) or equivalent, are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, with a focus on driving performance and fostering a positive work environment.
