📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement production schedules using SAP and MS Project.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient use of resources and materials.
• Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks to improve workflow.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in injection molding.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on production status and performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Proficient in using SAP and MS Project for production planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with injection molding processes and quality control standards.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
