📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of the finance department, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Support the finance team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new financial procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team as needed.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of a strong team culture and work ethic.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Badung, Bali.
