📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of 50+ staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Develop and implement service standards and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management.
• Plan and execute special events and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the resort's offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a luxury resort setting.
• Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, guest relations, and property management systems.
• Certification in hospitality leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
