📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist physiotherapists in the administration of physiotherapy treatments and exercises.
• Provide patient education and support to ensure patients understand their rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and ready for use.
• Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment.
• Support physiotherapists in the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs.
• Assist in the coordination of patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Therapy Assistant (CTA) certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in physiotherapy support.
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide support to colleagues.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
