• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Use Zendesk and Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track support tickets.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service standards.
• Provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment, often working with multiple customers simultaneously.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and follow best practices for customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in using Zendesk and Salesforce for customer support.
