📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the legal and compliance functions of the university.,Provide legal advice and guidance to university management and staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and university policies.,Oversee the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.,Conduct legal and compliance audits to identify and mitigate risks.,Represent the university in legal matters and negotiations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.,Provide training and support to staff on legal and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role in an academic or corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Malaysian laws and regulations.,Excellent legal research and writing skills.,Proven ability to manage and lead legal and compliance projects.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
