• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Train and mentor sales teams to ensure high performance.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction materials industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
