Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Present financial solutions to clients and address their needs and concerns.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed quarterly targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.,Attend trade shows, seminars, and other industry events to expand your network and generate leads.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
