📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and attract top talent for various positions within the organization.,Conduct job fairs, interviews, and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements.,Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of local job market trends and recruitment practices.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
