The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintaining up-to-date financial records.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Participate in financial planning and budgeting activities.,Maintain and update the company's chart of accounts and ensure proper coding of financial transactions.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on bookkeeping.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
