Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate vehicle schedules, ensuring that vehicles are assigned to the right drivers and locations at the right times.,Track fuel usage and expenses, ensuring that the company is operating within budget.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule and coordinate vehicle repairs and servicing.,Monitor vehicle mileage and usage, ensuring that vehicles are not overused or underutilized.,Assist with the recruitment and training of new drivers, as needed.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A recent graduate or someone with limited experience in fleet management, transportation, or a related field.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,A proactive and can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
