The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our inventory management system.,Conducting regular physical inventory counts to ensure the accuracy of our records.,Processing and verifying purchase orders and receiving notes.,Assisting in the preparation and organization of inventory reports.,Monitoring inventory levels and initiating reorder processes as needed.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Assisting in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse.,Providing support to the warehouse team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
