📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for the team.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.,Adhere to health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
