📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.,Maintain inventory levels and order stock as needed.,Handle cash transactions and manage store finances.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Promote store products and participate in sales activities.,Monitor store performance and report to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or customer service.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.,Familiarity with using point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
