📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor and maintain production equipment to prevent breakdowns.,Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards.,Assist in inventory management and ensure materials are available when needed.,Document production processes and maintain accurate records.,Work closely with the production team to improve efficiency and productivity.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
