📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the port, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.,Managing and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient port operations.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve port efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel, including compliance with health and safety regulations.,Managing the budget and financial performance of the port operations.,Representing the company at meetings, conferences, and other professional events.,Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, shipping lines, and other port operators.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the maritime or port operations industry.,Proven experience in managing teams and operations, with a focus on safety and efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Understanding of maritime laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
