We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to join our Graduate Studies Programme Management team in Bali, Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious international university and contribute to the development of our graduate programmes.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and development of our graduate studies programmes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of academic excellence and student satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the management and development of graduate studies programmes.
  • Ensure programmes meet academic standards and student satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance programme quality.
  • Manage a team of programme coordinators and staff.
  • Collaborate with faculty and other stakeholders to improve programme offerings.
  • Monitor programme performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Represent the university at national and international conferences.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in programme management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related field.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in programme management.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in programme management, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving programme objectives.
  • Familiarity with international education standards and best practices.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
