📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in customer success operations, analytics, or a similar role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.,Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with SaaS products and customer success methodologies is a plus.
