📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and workflows.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts.,Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
