📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Inspect and diagnose issues with MEP systems, and implement appropriate repairs and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for MEP systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of MEP systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with facility managers and other maintenance staff to coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in MEP maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors, addressing any concerns or issues related to MEP systems.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as IBM Maximo or SAP PM.
- Valid certification in MEP maintenance, such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
