📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage a team of sales consultants, providing training, coaching, and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
