In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution network to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our financial products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution network, including sales agents, distributors, and partners, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of financial products and services.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency, including route optimization, inventory management, and sales forecasting.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents, distributors, and partners to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.,Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess distribution performance and provide feedback and support to field teams.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless integration of distribution activities with overall business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the financial services industry to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a distribution management or sales-related role, preferably in the financial services industry.,Strong understanding of distribution networks, sales processes, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of attention to detail.,Familiarity with the financial services industry and relevant regulations is a plus.
