📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen staff and ensure they follow safety protocols.,Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the required standards.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Possession of a relevant culinary qualification or certification.
