PT Mulya Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. This role is crucial in supporting our supply chain operations and ensuring smooth procurement and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.,Participate in inventory management activities, including stock taking and reordering.,Provide administrative support to the supply chain manager in preparing reports and presentations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management principles.,Good knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English proficiency is a plus.,Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
