As a Deputy Field Sales, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our field sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the field sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.,Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews to monitor performance and provide feedback to the team.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both within the existing customer base and through prospecting activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services, and ensure that our sales efforts are aligned with our marketing strategies.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or sales management role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of the local market and a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
